The service stores room settings, device-scoped member credentials in hashed form, game state, and game events needed to run and recover a room. Inactive room, member, and game-event data is deleted after 24 hours.
The service may record a small, whitelisted set of product events. It does not store email, name, room code, token, raw IP address, raw user agent, advertising ID, or cross-site identity in analytics. A random local identifier is HMAC-hashed by the server for 30-day returning-host measurement.
Analytics is suppressed when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Raw analytics is deleted after 30 days. Non-identifying daily aggregates may be retained for 24 months.
Hosting and infrastructure providers process data only as needed to operate the web application, API, database, security, and delivery systems.
The service is operated from Florida, United States. You may disable local storage, leave a room, or request information or deletion by contacting hello@pokerwithoutchips.com. Legal retention or security needs may limit a request.
The service is limited to adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Contact Kyle Davies at hello@pokerwithoutchips.com for privacy questions.
