Poker Without ChipsHost a gameThese terms are an agreement between you and Kyle Davies, the Florida operator of Poker Without Chips. By using the service, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for confirming that your game and use of the service comply with applicable laws, venue rules, and agreements. The service does not provide legal authorization to gamble.
Poker Without Chips provides cash-game bookkeeping, game-state tools, timers, calculations, and private room coordination. It does not accept wagers, hold funds, process gambling payments, deal or rank cards, or guarantee any outcome.
Protect private room links and credentials, enter accurate information, resolve table disputes fairly, and do not abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or use the service to violate law or another person’s rights.
The product is currently free. Pricing may change prospectively. You cannot be charged unless you separately and explicitly consent to a purchase.
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. Calculations can be affected by incorrect inputs or technical failures, so the table should review important results.
To the extent permitted by law, Kyle Davies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost funds, game disputes, or unlawful use. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact hello@pokerwithoutchips.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution.
